1. Navigate to LISTING ADS from your listing in Paragon Listing Maintenance.

2. Choose your budget, start date and duration for your ad campaign.
*Disclaimer: AI (artificial intelligence) generated campaign using listing's best photos and remarks, however you can override the automation and choose your own photos and remarks.
3. Click Purchase and voila, you're reaching targeted home buyers tomorrow!
*Disclaimer: If you have a card on file for autopay, Listing Ads will not initiate any charges to card on file. You will be asked to enter payment data for processing.
4. Now that your Listing Ad has been activated, explore additional Ad Dashboard options like Amplify With AI or Add Budget.
From the Ad Dashboard, Click Amplify With AI
Click Amplify With AI on the next screen
After the copy is completed, click on “Apply Changes And Preview”
NOTE: The copy can be edited if necessary.
The agent will be returned to this screen where they need to click Update Listing Ad to complete the process. A success message will appear.
