_______________________________________________________________SEARCHING FOR AN AGENT'S PRODUCTION

The easiest way to search for an Agent’s full production is by doing a Multi-Class Search, using the List Or Sell Agent field, which will show the Agent’s combined List and Sell production.

1. Click on the Search icon, and then select Multi-Class. This will allow you to view ALL of their transactions, rather than just one Class.

2. In the Criteria screen, remove existing criteria from your template.

3. Scroll down to the List Or Sell Agent field, and click on the magnify glass to find all ID’s associated with an Agent. (If your certain that the Agent has had only one ID number, you can enter it in the List Or Sell Agent field directly.)

4. Enter the Agent’s name in the upper left search box and select ALL to view all ID’s for an Agent. Check mark the top box to select all of the ID’s or individually check a specific ID, and click Save. (Selecting Active will show only their current ID)

a) Optional: Your search can also include specific statuses and corresponding date ranges by clicking the down arrow and selecting a pre set timeframe from the Date Range bubble or by entering specific dates. A search can also be done using only the list or sell DRE#. **DRE# search is two separate searches, either search by List DRE or Sell DRE, cannot combine both fields for one search.

5. Select Search to see the results.

Note: You can print your results from the Property System Gird, any Customizable Spreadsheet, or Export from Paragon in a CSV format to save in Excel.
