We're here every day of the week (Excluding federal holidays)

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Pacific Standard Time 

  • Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time

To chat with a Glide team member, click on this icon in the bottom right corner of your web browser. We respond to support requests during business hours within 60 seconds in the order received. 

 

 

Support Email

Email support@glide.com anytime to receive a response from our support team during business hours. Emails received outside of business hours will be responded to in the order received when business hours open.
