Faster Listing Entry with EasyListing
Paragon Connect — a quicker way to start a new listing
Paragon Connect now offers an easy way to add a new listing. This option uses known data for the property address to pre-fill the listing form. Agents review the pre-populated data, fill in the remaining fields, and complete the listing process faster than ever.
What’s New
| ✓ | EasyListing appears as the first option in the Inventory page floating action menu when your market enables the feature for your user profile. |
| ✓ | EasyListing also appears on the Create a Listing menu option from the Paragon Connect Dashboard Quick Actions widget, below Tax Autofill. |
| ✓ | Agents choose a listing class first in the existing Choose a Class mini modal, with Residential selected by default. |
| ✓ | Address search returns matching property cards after three or more characters are entered, with a result count above the list. |
| ✓ | Each result card shows street address plus city, state, and zip so agents can confirm the right property quickly. |
| ✓ | Selecting a result opens Listing Input with autofilled fields, an active Save button, and a blue info snackbar that reads “EasyListing successfully created.” |

EasyListing sits at the top of the Create a Listing menu, above Tax Autofill and Manual entry:
How It Works
| 1 | Open Listings from the left navigation, then click the add (floating action) button. |
| 2 | Select EasyListing from the Create a Listing path. |
| 3 | Choose a listing class in the Choose a Class mini modal, then select Create. |
| 4 | Type at least three characters in the address search field and select the matching property card. |
| 5 | Review autofilled values on Listing Input, then save the listing to continue through your normal publish workflow. |
Why It Matters
Agents spend less time re-entering property details and can move into review and publish work faster, which keeps new listings moving when speed matters most.
